About the Artist

Glenda lives and works from her studio in The Hawkesbury, approximately 70 kms north west of Sydney, Australia. After completing an Associate Diploma of Fine Arts as TAFE, Glenda completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) and a Master of Arts (Hons) in Contemporary Art. Glenda is a trained sculptor who now practices as a Photographic Installation Artist, exhibiting her work in both joint and solo shows throughout Australia.

Glenda has had many years of experience conducting art workshops throughout schools in NSW and Victoria. Glenda also runs drawing workshops at various Regional Galleries and Art Societies, as well as conducting drawing classes from her Hawkesbury studio.

Glenda’s business Pet Traits, where she completes commissioned dog and cat portraits in pastel, as well as pencil drawings of homes and old or historic buildings has been operating since 2004.
